Not an AI wrapper
Automation Intelligence is Pressley's name for production rules that read shopVOX as the source of truth, execute on Enfocus Switch + PitStop on your private server, and expose a controlled app layer for your team. It is not a chatbot, not a black-box LLM guessing at PDFs, and not generic “AI-powered” marketing.
Intelligence here means: folder logic tied to your products, proof templates from shopVOX specs, PitStop checks your RIP expects, pipeline visibility for the whole shop, and decades of print production knowledge encoded by Tyler MacDonald — former shopVOX Coach and creator of the platform.
Early production program
Pressley is in active production at a small number of shops. We onboard selectively so every shop gets white-glove setup, compatibility review, and a phased path to live jobs — not a self-serve signup that touches your RIP on day one.
Step 1
Walk your shopVOX products, volume, RIP path, and prepress bottlenecks. Confirm foundation readiness or route to Bitprint first.
Step 2
Your isolated instance, Enfocus flows configured to your folder layout and shopVOX webhook data — tested before parallel seats go wide.
Step 3
Start with a controlled job type or desk, expand seats and volume as your team trusts the pipeline. Reference calls with existing shops available on request.
We are collecting anonymized metrics and testimonials from early production shops (proof turnaround, jobs through the pipeline, weeks live). This section will be updated as shops approve sharing.
Prepress & production leads
Client art is not baked in and lost. Finishing, marks, and structure are layered so operators can open original or production views in Illustrator-compatible workflows.
See production file depthComplex or nested jobs can bypass full automation intentionally. Skilled prepress keeps control of exceptions — automation handles the repeatable volume.

Pressley is highly accurate when shopVOX data and file naming are correct. Your team verifies before send-to-press — same production discipline you use today.
IT & security
Each shop gets a dedicated VPS or physical server. Job files, Switch, and PitStop are not mixed with other companies.
Standard seats: Pressley app only — submit and track, no VPN. Technical seats: VPN to mount the full job tree like a NAS. Pressley manages the server; your team does not administer Switch directly.
Requires a valid shopVOX account with the Webhooks add-on. Order and product data drive folder names, proof templates, and production specs — shopVOX remains your system of record.
Pressley is for your shop's licensed users only — not a customer portal or service bureau model.
